Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph11t reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ph11t is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11t Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph11t will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify ph11t immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
ph11t is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph11t reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification.
ph11t accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ph11t reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the account holder prior to any deduction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph11t Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph11t's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
ph11t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:
Upon termination for cause, ph11t reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ph11t support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ph11t's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph11t will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
ph11t operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
ph11t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph11t will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
