ph11t accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC verification: PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your chosen ID. In some cases, a selfie holding your ID may also be required. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

No. ph11t strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option on the ph11t Login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the ph11t Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Once reset, log in with your new password and consider enabling two-factor authentication for added security.

The minimum deposit on ph11t is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may require additional verification in line with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits are credited to your ph11t wallet instantly in most cases.

Most ph11t withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after your request is approved. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest — many players in Manila, Cebu, and Davao receive their funds within a few hours during business days. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Withdrawals can be delayed for a few reasons: your KYC verification may still be pending, you may have an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or your withdrawal amount may have triggered a routine security review. Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
